Absolutely the best spot for Indian food! Like no other spots compete! Located on Coolidge, a small building that only allows takeout. They pump out orders on the regular, so expect to wait 30-40 minutes after placing your order. The staff are super friendly and always get your order right. Our family of 10 usually gets a dish each and we all share, but will always have leftovers as the portion sizes are massive. Some of our favorites: Onion bhajis Buttered chicken Tandoori king prawn masala Chicken tikka masala Garlic naan You have to try a mango lassi!!

This is my go to carry out spot for Indian cuisine! It's always fresh and piping hot! My 2 favorites are butter chicken and chicken masala. The rice is always perfectly cooked. It's like biting into pillows of clouds! The staff are always friendly and polite. It's a carryout spot so prepare to be in & out. Enjoy!

The best place for Indian! I'm from out of town, but whenever I'm visiting my friends in the area - I always request that we get Pink Garlic! Everything I've ever ordered from here has never disappointed me. The chicken tikka masala is a new favorite and the mango lassi is always so good.

The kitchen doesn't cater to the DESI palate. Pink Garlic knows their clients- this is americanized good indian food & they do a brisk trade. However, if u want authentic DESI flavor, I wonder if you could ask when you order - "I'll have the vindaloo, and make it DESI please."

They were busy but it was worth the wait. Very nice and polite service. The Spinach and potatoes were very good. It's a carry-out spot only. The parking lot is currently under construction so you have to park on the side street. I can't complain about price anymore.

First, I love that the spices are good and the heat is well manageable. We like the flavor over heat, so well done there. I am not sure if they vary in heat options, but going towards the safer light heat seems good. That might ne something to ask for future orders. Tandoori Chicken: Heat was just right kinda tingle + so it is there but does not require any yogurt stuff. The onion and green peppers cut just right. Pink Garlic Soup: Interesting as the flavor hit so many notes with slight heat like tingle +. Butter Chicken: Good seasoned chicken and a nice creamy sauce. The most chicken pieces we've come across with plenty of sauce. Tingle heat. We did note that there was more oil than what we are used to. Aloo Gobi: the spicest of the order, with modest mild. The potatoes and cauliflower with other seasoning were excellent. The only thing this could use is more cauliflower. There were about two and a half pieces.

There are lots of Indian restaurants to choose from in Metro Detroit (and we have probably visited 99% of them) but Pink Garlic is our favorite! They have some of the best cream sauces, they are generous with their rice, the samosas are fresh and full of flavor and they have a big menu with lots of vegetarian options. I regularly crave their Saag Paneer, Matar paneer, and Paneer Tika Masala - and we have enough food for two days! As a to-go place that is consistently busy, the staff is very friendly and they do a good job estimating the pickup time (prepare to wait 55+ minutes on a Friday night) and calling you when it's ready. My husband goes to India often for work and says the Parathas are the most authentic he has had.. and we love how convenient it is in Huntington Woods!

Disappointed thatbuts carryout only, I havd my mind set on sitting down enjoying dinner. That being said...I did sit down and enjoy a wonderful dinner, I just had to wait untilmingot back home to do so. Vegetable samosas, butter chicken, and garlic naan...all amazing! I'll definitely be back to try more items in the menu. EVERYTHING was delicious. This might just be my new favorite spot for Indian food (unless I want to eat in). The butter chicken was melt in your mouth delicious. It was so rich and flavorful. I'm going to have to make some more rice in order to finish it off though. Next time I'll have to get a side of thatblight and fluffy rice so I have enough. The samosas were crispy on the outside and the filling was light and fluffy. I don't know if it was the dipping sauce or the samosas themselves, but something had a little kick to it...not too much, but just enough for a wimp like me. They said my order would take about 25 minutes and they were right, it was ready and waiting when I picked it up. I did have to go back in for plastic warehouse, though. Traffic was steady and the employees were very welcoming and friendly. The parking lot is small, it only holds 3-4 cars, but there's plentynofnparking in the lot Cross the street if it's full when you get there.
